Service Description The System is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for business lead management. The service is intended for business use only.
License Grant The Company grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the System during the subscription period.
Client Responsibilities The Client is solely responsible for all data entered into the System and for ensuring compliance with all applicable privacy, marketing, and data protection laws.
Prohibited Use The Client shall not upload sensitive personal data, including medical data, ID numbers, biometric data, or data relating to minors.
Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the System remain the exclusive property of the Company.
Limitation of Liability The Company's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination Upon termination, the Client may export its data. The Company will delete stored data within a reasonable timeframe.
Modifications The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
