Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is entered into between the Company ("Processor") and the Client ("Controller").

1. Subject Matter: Processing of lead data within the SaaS platform.
2. Categories of Data: Name, phone number, email, budget, preferences, notes.
3. Purpose: Storage, organization, and management of business leads.
4. The Company acts solely as Data Processor and not as Data Controller.
5. Payment data is processed by an external payment provider acting as an independent controller and is not subject to this DPA.
6. Security Measures: Two-factor authentication, logical data separation, backups.
7. Upon termination, data shall be deleted or returned at the Client’s request.
